This 100 year old building gained a new lease on life when new owners purchased the property with dreams of revitalization. From a grocery store to a boarding house and somewhere along the line a rumored brothel, this building will be reincarnated as an arts hub complete with gallery space, artist studios, film production, and music production studios.
